Do You Ship Through The United States?

No, we only do delivery for Northern Colorado, and Nebraska at this current time.

When Can I Expect to Receive My Purchase?

Allow 2-4 Business weeks for the product(s) to show up at our store then it will be ready for pick up. Or if you got delivery when we receive the product(s) we will then reach out to find a window of time to make the delivery to you.

What Is The Return Policy?

We do not accept returns or refunds of any kind. You can exchange your mattress of equal value within the 365 day sleep trial with our Love Your Mattress Guaranteed Bundle. There is a $150 exchange fee and delivery will be charged a second time if needed.

What If The Product Requires Assembly?

If a product requires assembly and you do not have the means to do the assembly. Our delivery team can come out and build it for you! This is free of charge with the purchase of a delivery.

What If My Product Stops Working Or Is Damaged?

If your product is damaged and or stops working please see the warranty included with the product about options you may have on a replacement or fix. We do not handle repairs or returns with a damaged product that is all done though the manufacture and the warranty included if applicable.

The Sleep Store does have a store we are located off 3500 S. College Ave, Fort Collins CO, 80525. Be sure to come in and take a nap!
