The Metro collection features a single panel wood support leg for the mattress platform. These beds can only be opened by lifting the panel foot to unlatch the bed. Grab hold and pull.  Once partially opened, the safe piston lift system takes over, and the bed slowly floats to the floor. They come with a  finished mattress surround so you have a way to tuck in your bedding when you close the bed. They also come with a  finished front baseboard molding so items and dirt can not get underneath. 

 Fit up to a 12” thick standard inner spring mattress.
