When Can I Expect to Receive My Purchase?
Allow 2–4 business weeks for the product(s) to arrive at our store. Once received, they will be ready for pickup. If you selected delivery, we’ll contact you to schedule a convenient time.
What Is The Return Policy?
We do not accept returns or refunds. However, you may exchange your mattress for one of equal value within the 365-day sleep trial if purchased with the Love Your Mattress Guaranteed Bundle. A $150 exchange fee applies, and delivery will be charged again if required.
What If The Product Requires Assembly?
If a product requires assembly and you’re unable to do it yourself, our delivery team can assemble it for you at no extra cost—if delivery was purchased.
What If My Product Stops Working Or Is Damaged?
Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty included with your product for repair or replacement options. We do not handle in-house repairs or returns for damaged products.
