Return Policy
Order Times: all order dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. You will receive a call when you merchandise arrives to finalize Delivery or Pick Up arrangements
Storage: all merchandise must be picked up or scheduled for delivery within 30 days of arrival, or product will be allocated to other customers, and merchandise will be reordered.
Home Delivery Service
Delivery Service includes:
- Unbox, inspection, deluxing, assembly and room-of-choice set up.
- FREE in-home warranty service or transportation during the warranty period.
- When your merchandise arrives at our warehouse, we will confirm arrangements via call or email. Then, 24 hours before your delivery date, you will receive an automated text or call with your arrival time window.
- In order to accommodate all customers, exact times are not available.
- Haul Off of old items is available for an extra fee
Self Pick-Up
- Any Warranties or Returns for any reason will need to be returned to the original pick up location for repair or exchange. However, you may choose Home Delivery service at any time for the normal delivery fee to your area.
- Self Pick Up items will be boxed or wrapped and unassembled.
- Assembly on Self Pick-Up is available for an additional charge.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
(Furniture and Accessories)
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a one-time reselection or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
- Returns must be in original, clean condition in order to receive full credit. Excludes Clearance, Delivery Fees and certain Special Order products as noted on sales invoice.
30 Day one-time Exchange
(Mattresses and Pillow)
- Mattresses and pillows purchased with a qualifying mattress protector or pillow protector, on the same invoice, are eligible for a one-time exchange within 30 days under the following terms.
- All exchanges must be 100% clean and stain free.
- A $149 re-select fee will apply to mattress exchanges
- Delivery fees apply to any reselection.
- Mattresses and pillows purchased without a protector, and sheets that have been opened, are not eligible for return or exchange.
365 Night “Love Your Mattress” Guarantee
- Mattresses purchased with a qualifying Premium Bedding Package on the same invoice are eligible for a one-time exchange within 365 days.
- It is highly recommended to sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days before exchanging, as it is very common to take some time to get used to any new mattress, and the exchange option is one-time only.
- All exchanges must be 100% clean and stain free.
- A $149 re-select fee will apply to mattress exchanges.
- Delivery Fees apply to any reselection.
- All mattress brands require their mattresses be stain-free and have proper frame support to assure warranty service. Ashley HomeStore offers protectors and frames that will ensure you are protected. We will not be able to accept exchanges or service warranties for any mattress that does not meet manufacturer requirements for cleanliness or proper support.
Clearance Merchandise
- Warranties do not apply to merchandise that is sold as Clearance. All Clearance products are sold in “as is” condition and cannot be returned or exchanged after pick up or delivery.
